Order Processing Time
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Time
We ship globally (excluding some parts of Asia and remote areas) using the following methods:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate fee: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward policy makes returns and exchanges easy.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- In its original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging with all parts included
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products (unless they are defective):
- Mattresses (for health and hygiene reasons)
- Bean Bags
- Assembled furniture
- Clearance or sale items
Note: This is based on our product menu which includes items like Bean Bags, Cribs, Beds & Mattresses, and Assembled Furniture collections.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the return request template provided at the bottom of this page.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
- Processing: Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:
- Follow the same steps as the return process.
- Clearly indicate in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the desired product.
- If the new item costs more, you will need to pay the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we will refund the difference.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia), the return process is the same. However, please be aware that:
